Q: How much does weekly pool cleaning cost?

A: At Terry’s, we don’t have a set rate for cleaning- to keep it fair for the customer. All pool cleanings are quoted based on pool size, tree coverage, location, and age of pool equipment.

Q: What do I do if I notice an issue with my equipment between cleaning visits?

A: If you are a weekly customer and notice an issue with your pool or it’s equipment- please call our office immediately. We will gather all of the information from you regarding your pool, and get a trained service technician out the next day to address your issue. Be sure to submit a ticket via the client portal with photos!

Q: How much does it cost to repair equipment?

A: Our service fee is $125 for local Tallahassee residents- this is a base charge for all visits, and does not include the cost of parts, equipment, or repairs. Please call our office to schedule an equipment repair and to get service fee prices for surrounding areas.

Q: I have a vinyl liner pool and I think it needs to be replaced, can you do that?

A: At Terry’s Pool Service, we do not offer liner replacements. However, we recommend Salvo Pools. They are able to complete all liner replacements and pool restorations. If you are in need of any renovations, please call them at 850-668-4202.

Q: I think my pool equipment is under warranty and needs a repair- how can I confirm this?

A: The best way to confirm this, would be to call our office to send a service technician out. They will be able to gather all of your warranty information (serial numbers, model numbers, etc.) before repairing or replacing any parts. If it is under warranty, our office staff will file the claim for you- so there are no worries on your end!

So I wish I could give them 20 stars 🌟!!! Terry's Pool is the best in the business!! I'm actually pool Certified and a Facility Director and part of my job is getting quotes for scope of work need doing in buildings and although Terry's Pool wasn't the cheapest, Aaron their sales rep whom i met to get a price to clean my home pool had me sold with his vast knowledge and experience in pool maintenance along with his honesty on prices. We have had Terry's service our pool for the past 1-2 months. Memorial Day weekend our pool started to turn green and I sent a message via facebook to Terry''s business page on that Sunday- long story short they sent a tech that SAME DAY to service our pool.
